I , got my MD Anderson 3 month results August 14. The tumor has not grown any in three months, so rhey are taking me off chemotherapy treatments for at least 2 or 3 months. This will allow my body to heal some from the chemo drugs and hopefully restore some of my bone marrow..

My lungs continure to look good and are free from disease. Although the tumor is not growing, I have two openings to the outside behind my ear and in my lower neck. This allows drainage and relieves pressure, Just have to make sure they do not get infected. The pain level in my eye and ear area has increased and we increase pain medication accordingly. Am now taking too much pain med too drive safely so Mazel escorts me around.

We have been enjoying cooler weather due to the rains

I sure do miss traveling in the RV Rig. I was remembering yesterday that this time last year we were worried about finding a place to stay over the Labor Day weekend. With high diesel and gas prices, I have not heard of any full campgrounds this year.

 

I am resting up, getting ready for the winter dance season. Drinking lots  of smoothies and malts trying to maintain 150 lbs.So far, I am doing a good job of maintaining weight. Prayers continue to work, keep them coming. I have been reciprocating on this end.
