Bill Cook was admitted to Rio Grande Hospital this morning. He is in
ICU as of this writing. He is much better this evening and Mazel said that
he ate a good dinner. He is there because of complications with his
chemo. His blood platelets are low and he was to go in this morning to get
a dose of platelets. When he woke this morning he was ill and Mazel took
him to the hospital early. His blood pressure was high and they had to
stabilize it before they could give him the platelets. They were able to
start administering the platelets late this afternoon. He is unable to
receive visitors but prayers for both him and Mazel would greatly be
appreciated. Bill says this is just another hurtle that he has to get over
but he will be back with us soon.
Thanks to Bob Kurcewski for the above.
