Update on Joe Cook.

Hi Everybody,  We finally got some good news, Joe has been in rehab one week last Thurs. noon. They have

evaluated him after one week rehab, said he is doing great for the way he was when he was moved up to

rehab. So starting yesterday, (Friday), they increased his therapy to 3 hours a day, instead of 2 hours a day.

That is what is required in rehab, so they are really giving him a workout. Joe will be coming home Wednesday (Aug. 5th), after 1:00. So he is really looking forward to getting out of the hospital.  He has been in the hospital

36 days, as of today.  That is way too long. They said he will have to have home therapy, for a while, they will

let us know how many days a week he will need that, before he leaves the hospital.

So I am borrowing a wheelchair, and getting a ramp, to get him in the house. Sure will be nice not to have to

spend 10 or 12 hour days at the hospital, every day.
