Lila Reiser, a lady that I loved very much, lost her battle with leukemia at sometime between 4:05 and 6:30 this morning. She died in her home in Clinton, Missouri.   Debbie was up with her at 3:30, gave her some water and they both went back to bed.  I was up at 4:05 and checked on her and she was still breathing.  Debbie got up at 6:30 and Lila was gone.
 
We have a memorial service set for 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, 314 West Jefferson, Clinton, MO.  No other visitation is scheduled. 
 
Instead of flowers, the family has requested that all memorials be made in Lila's name to the American Cancer Society.
 
Anyone wishing to send cards to the family, please address them to her daughter, Debbie Reiser, 14319 S. Outer Belt Road, Lone Jack, MO.  64070.

Everyone that knew Lila, knew what at wonderful lady she was.  We all loved her so much and she will be missed.
 
I will continue to travel with the dog and will spend this winter season in South Texas.  I will be there in a few days.
