 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:09 PM. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $1021.81. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: No old business was discussed.

New business: Charles McCleary advised that an Ozona breakfast fly-in is in the planning stage in October with the 21st or 28th as possible dates for the fly-in.

Charles Randall announced that he has achieved 1st flights with his newly built RV12.

Hangar at 8324 Ducote at Ducote airpark is for sale. Currently there is a hangar only, however electrical and plumbing is in place for a living space. 1.274 acres $150,000.

Presentation: Pat played the monthly Chapter Video Magazine followed by a wonderful Oshkosh picture presentation by Jerry Hatch, some great discussion and the meeting was adjourned at 7.44 PM.

Meeting reminder:  September meeting will be Tuesday 9/19 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Refreshments will be provided by C.R. Barbian. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
