Hi All,
Some may remember a program given several years ago by Ralph (Fil) Filburn USAF Retired Test pilot who was involved in a, secret at the time, program which was in investigating the idea of shooting down satellites with a rocket launched for an F-15. Fil was one of those pilots and he has a very interesting program about that successful effort.
Fil has been kind enough to agree to present this program at our next EAA meeting Tuesday Sept 19th. See reference material below.
Oh, I would be remiss if I did not mention that Fil is a proud graduate of his much beloved Texas A&M University.
