 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:02 PM. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $1021.81. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. A motion was made to accept the May meeting minutes, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: No old business was discussed.

New business: Pat advised that he is temporarily grounded due to a stint procedure and eye surgery. Charles advised that the high school at TLCA is requesting mentors for a RV-12 build.

Presentation: Pat played the monthly Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion and the meeting was adjourned at 7.16 PM.

Meeting reminder: No meeting scheduled for July due to EAA  Airventure event August meeting will be Tuesday 8/15 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Refreshments will be provided by Doug and Eva O'Conner. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
