EAA493 Mailing List: August Meeting

Hi All,

I did not attend the July meeting this year as I was on my was to Oshkosh. So, I don't know how many folks attended.

Early this morning I  recalled that at the June meeting, the restaurant folks told us that they would be on vacation at the time of our August meeting. As it turns out Andy Spinks will not be able to attend the July meeting. I'm not sure if President Tony Marcum is back in the area or not. Given the lateness of this meeting information, I think it best that we just reset until the September meeting when things get back to normal.  I plan to put a notice to this affect on the door of Joe's Italian Restaurant. I did get a report from Andy Spinks, that our account balance is $1674.42. Additionally, I have a dues check from Tim Dufresne to add to that total.

We will be needing a new secretary as Teri Mattingly has moved back to Abilene. Please only one or two volunteers are necessary.

As the song goes..... "See you in September"  at Joe's Italian Restarante    6pm for dining and 7pm for the meeting.
