Good Afternoon to All Our Friends.
        We hope this finds everyone enjoying the warm weather in Texas.  We 
have 29 degrees right now, but only a little white on the ground.  We still 
have not shoveled any snow.  However, we are supposed to get a little this 
weekend.
        Helen-Cookie and I wish all of our Texas Friends a Merry Christmas and 
a Joyful New Year.
