Hi All,

I hope this finds everyone doing great.  Helen is still doing PT but only 2 times a week.  With dental appointments and the PT, it seems like we live in Hayward and the Dr. offices.    OH Well, these are just the GOLDEN YEARS!!!!!  She is doing better as she is getting around some on her own.  With someone for support, she can walk outside on smooth ground and side walks.  That sure does help me, but I still have to help with the meals and the house work etc.

Except for about 10 days over the 4th of July, it has been a cool summer.  It feels more like September-October weather. Hayward had 36 for a low yesterday but we only had 44.  Well, at least we have not has frost yet.  Actually it is better than the 90-100's for us.  We have had some rain so it is very green and the grass needs mowing about once a week.  Just something more to keep me busy.

It is hard to believe that August is half gone, with Football starting which means that it is just about time to think about packing up and heading south.  Well, in a couple months.
