EAA493 Mailing List: Meeting minutes November 18/2025

 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:12 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1518.70. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: It was decided we would go with the Port Authority 500 series in royal blue for the chapter shirts with our logo embroidered. This series has all the features desired except pockets on the lady's models.

New Business: Annual Christmas party set for December 17th, 6:00 PM. It will be held in our usual room at Las Panchitos. It was decided that we would not do the Chinese gift exchange this year, but instead would donate some presents to a worthy cause, It was decided that would be West Texas Boys Ranch.

Presentation: Pat played the November and December issues of the Chapter Video Magazine

 Meeting was adjourned at 8:18 followed by some great discussion.
