 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:01 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1931.71. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. Calendars will be $15.00 dollars this year, contact Andy to place your order.

Old business:  Young Eagles flights event is to be held November 23/2024 and is to run between 9:AM to 3:PM. 

New Business: Christmas party/meeting to be held December 17 6:00 to 8:00PM at Los Panchitos at the Paseo. (usual place and usual room)  Steve Baker has firmed up our reservation and we will be doing a white elephant gift exchange for those who wish to participate. Gift value to be around $25 and the men should bring gifts for men and the ladies should bring gifts for ladies.

Presentation: Pat played the EAA November Chapter Video Magazine, Meeting was adjourned at 7:59 followed by some great discussion.

Meeting reminder: December's meeting will coincide with the annual Christmas party and will be held at Los Panchitos 6:00PM 12/17. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
