EAA493 Mailing List: Procedure for Saturday

I think the pilots can stay at the plane so they won’t be walking back and 
forth. I am going to get some yellow sticky notes that way we can give each 
child that registers a number with the paper work. The pilot can fill out the 
form and the logbook after they land and the child will get escorted back to 
the terminal where he is given a certificate. I hope this procedure works. I 
think Doug’s wife will do the certificate. Plan on arriving with your plane 
around d 8:00 am the blue line should be cleared. Also the Canadian pilots are 
not flying Saturday or Sunday which should be less busy. 
I am planning to get there around 7:00 on Saturday to setup the tables and 
chairs. Steve could you plan the same to help move the tables. Let me know if 
you want to do it Friday afternoon.
