 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:06 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $891.10. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. A motion was made to accept the April meeting minutes, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: EAA Ford Tri-Motor was a success with 34 total flights, 23 of which were made Sunday. The Tri-motor crew was very happy with the help provided by the chapter and we look forward to hosting this event again in the future.

New Business: Unfortunately there will be no EAA scholarship funds available this year, however a Young Eagles Event is in the works for possible August time frame.  

Presentation: Pat played the May chapter video magazine, Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 followed by some great discussion.
