 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:10 PM. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $759.80. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: none discussed 

New business: Pat advises the Ray scholarship for this year has been applied for. Chapter needs to nominate chapter MVP, Bob Reece was mentioned as a possible candidate. Pat is going to check on a future tour of the tower facilities for the chapter. 

Presentation: Technical difficulties were encountered, so no chapter video magazine this month, but there was some good discussion. Meeting was adjourned at 7:59.
