EAA493 Mailing List: DRAFT November 19, 2019 Minutes

1.  Attached, as a pdf. file, please find the DRAFT Minutes for the November 19, 2019 EAA Chapter 493 monthly meeting.  Please review them and notify me of any needed changes or corrections.

2.  Please note that as referenced in the attached DRAFT Minutes, the December Chapter meeting is the annual Christmas Party, to be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.   Details (date, time, locations, gift exchange details, etc) are in the DRAFT minutes.  PLEASE send an email (you can reply to this email) indicating whether (or not) you plan on attending, and the number in your party (all guests, family, etc are invited and encouraged to attend).  The restaurant will need a head count!

3.  Also as detailed in the DRAFT Minutes, if you want a 2020 EAA calendar, PLEASE let Andy Spinks know ASAP how many you want.  Cost is $10 each.  He will be ordering soon (any day now) and will distribute them at the annual Christmas Party.  You can notify Andy about any calendars you want by replying to this email.
