We received a request from EAA national for all members of a chapter to fill out an on-line survey re EAA.  They asked that we send the link to the survey to each of our members.

So, here is the link.  Clicking on the words "Chapter Member Survey" in blue should bring up an "http" address in a pop-up box, with the "http" address also in blue.  Click on the blue "http" address in the pop-up box link, and that will automatically take you to the survey site if you are on the internet.  Please let me know if you have any trouble getting to the survey.
