The EAA is now asking if we are on board with hosting the Ford Tri-Motor. I need a show of support by replying that you will be available to host the week of May 18 to May 21. San Marcos already reserved the earlier weekend.
Either John Fields and I were not communicating very well yesterday or he changed his mind. The offer is now a discounted price of $1000 for the WWII hangar for the week of May 15 to May 22. We will have the hangar to ourselves. EAA National is willing to pay for the hangar if there is enough local support to load and unload passengers.
Please reply now if you can help load passengers on the Tri-Motor.
