EAA493 Mailing List: Canard over San Angelo

I don't mean a duck. I saw what looked like a Rutan Long-eze going east this 
afternoon. Sounded like it was idling, looked like it was a jet it was moving 
so fast. Why doesn't my airplane cruise over 200 knots?
