EAA493 Mailing List: Heard on 121.5

Flying back from Dallas this morning monitoring 121.5.  Heard the following:

 

This is your First Officer, I would like to welcome you aboard flight xxx blah blah blah blah. He continued to talk for about a minute.

Lot's of comments when he unkeyed the mic!  I couldn’t help but chime in with the following:  Sit back and enjoy your flight, nothing can go wrong, go wrong, go wrong!
