EAA493 Mailing List: Star Party

A SPECIAL thanks to Gerry Hatch, Teri, and the local astronomy club for hosting the Star Party at Gerry's Keystone Ranch last night.  We had a good turnout, the sky was clear, and we were all entertained and amazed by the variety of telescopes and knowledge displayed by the club.  Plus of course, the grand sky vistas, including 5 planets, binary stars, stars and objects in our galaxy, and clusters, objects and clusters outside our own galaxy.  I think the most distant object viewed was 60 million light years away.  Incredible!  Thank-You Gerry and Teri, from one and all!
