I think that is a GRAND idea.  I cannot think of a more fitting tribute to a man whose very being was the experimental movement!  What was his EAA number?  Something like 59 wasn't it?  I am all for it!

When we moved to the ranch from Ducote, a fairly large group of Ducote pilots did a fly over of my hanger which was under construction. I was very moved by the effort and I know that Nancy and family would be also.
