Good Afternoon to All,
        The weather has turned to winter with maybe some all time “wind-chills” 
low records.  We have 10 below right now and it is going down with full sun.  
That is not the problem as we have high winds out of the North West which is 
drifting snow.  We only have a coupe aches so there is not much to really cause 
drifting problems. Just about all the schools and food services etc. in Wi are 
closed today and tomorrow. There is a “State of Emergency declared for 
Wisconsin.  The wind-chills are expected to be in the -40, -50, and even -65 in 
some areas.  Don’t you wish you were up here???????
