Just a reminder that if you are going to protest you mobile valuation you need to do it by May 31. You can do it by e-file, paper protest and by calling 956-381-8466. You will need your Property ID: number to file. The web site is www.hidalgoad.org then click online protest then fill in your email address and a password of you choice then click for the next page. The word Protest that is in the list of thing on top of that page. When you click protest it gives 2 options to check why you are protesting I used the 2nd choice. Then you state the reason you feel they need to be lowered and then put the value you feel it should be. When you click Submit it will go away, but if submit is still there it did not go and it will tell you what needs to be corrected. As you know the mobiles are like an automobile they depreciate every year so the tax valuation should not be raised and also the sale price of the one's that have been sold has dropped. If you have a problem give them a call the person I talked to was very helpful. Wayne
