Hi All,

Helen is home in the Park.  The stitches were removed which increased the pain 
a little.  She has been put in a boot so she can exercise the ankle in an 
up-down motion, not sideway motions.   She can not put any weight on it for 
three weeks.  She can now get it wet to make it a lot easier to clean up.
