Cotton is to be picked and the field turned over by September 1, or the farmers can be fined $8.00 per acre?  All was not done on time this year because of rain and the fines are to be determined by the "Boll Weevil Inspectors". 

Thought ya ought to know something like this if you are going to live here.   

Called the Freitags today, they are planning on coming back this year, arriving late October.  Both sounded wonderful.
