Hi Bob,

Sorry to hear about your mishap Glad you were not hurt . You can always get another plane but Bob Heiser s are hard to come by.

 

Due to our daughter 's illness we had to leave the  valley and return to Kansas in early February, After 28 winters in Texas we had to put our house on the market and give up the life we enjoyed so much.Pat and I have both had our health problems but we dont dance anymore. We do go to the senior citizen center and play bridge now and then.

Hope the rest of your summer is safe and happy.

Group,
To answer for all the questions about me and my accident on 4/17/2012.
I had and engine failure on takeoff at low altitude (50') and landed hard in a wheat field.
Spent the night in the hospital, no broken bones but still sore.  Improving some each day.
The airplane was a total loss.
