Martha called around lunchtime to
say they are awaiting completion of discharge papers so
Bill and go home! He will still be taking steroids but
dosages will be reduced as time passes. The final
diagnosis is COP
(Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonitis), a
variation on BOOP
(Bronchiolitis Obliterans Organizing Pneumonia), which is
a further variation on rheumatoid Temple Arteritis
(inflammation of temporal arteries which run over the
temple area and is related to rheumatoid arthritis),
and/or Giant
Cell Arteritis which causes a variety
of symptoms and appear as giant cells in biopsies. So with
that I refer you to your local internet browser for
further research. Were just glad Bills going home!
