ValleyRD Mailing List: Ski's Lessons cancelled rest of this week - BBQ still on.

Received the following from Bob and Kay a few minutes ago.

I went to a specialist this morning and he went fishing in the bottom of my foot and found the 4mm length of glass that was causing me the problem.  He said it was vertical in the foot so it wasn't as hard to get out as if it had gone horizontal.  I have been put off the foot for a week to allow it to heal but that will not affect me mouth any!!  I am learning to master a pair of crutches so I can get around some.  We will have to cancel all our classes for the rest of this week.  We will have our Saturday Bar-B-Q Dance.  I can sit on a stool and cue - as I have for the last two weeks.   This week will also be our annual Pot Luck - Bar-B-Q.  Ski will do his usual organizing while I just sit around.  We will have the Phase 2-3 dance from 3-5,  we will eat at approximately 5:03 (per Ski) and then when we are finished eating, around 6 we resume the program with 3,4,5,6 dancing.   

 

Bob is still sick and at the pharamcy getting more medicine.  Hopefully he will be better in the next few days or he is going back to the doctor.  I guess we will have to see what this medicine does for him.
