End of Season Plans for ValleyRD Email Reflector

 

I plan to stop sending the Daily Schedule of Dances and Teaches about March 19, 2009 and resume sending Daily Schedules in the fall about November 1, 2010.  During the off months I expect most email messages from [ValleyRD] will be news about your fellow dancers.

 

If you do not want email from the reflector while you are gone read on.

 

There is a link to your personal options page at the bottom of all messages from ValleyRD.  On your personal options page you can suspend mail delivery.  You will need your password.  If you do not have your password one of the options on your personal options page is to have the password sent to your email address.  Now with password in hand you can suspend mail delivery, leave the ValleyRD reflector, change your email address, change your password, etc.  When you return to the valley and again want messages from ValleyRD go to your personal options page and change the mail delivery option.

 

Note: The password was sent in both the Welcome message and the monthly reminder messages.

 

If you have other round dance friends that would like to receive ValleyRD email please direct them to www.rgvrd.us . There are directions there on how to join the email reflector as well as general information on round dancing in the Rio Grande Valley.  In case you did not notice ?rgvrd? stands for ?Rio Grande Valley Round Dance?.
