Dear Friends,
The
adage “no news is good news” is true in our case. I have
not sent an update on Ken in a long while and we do have good news.
The result of Ken’s last
PET scan showed no cancer and the tumor that was left after chemo, radiation
and surgery is gone. Doctors say he is cancer free, not remission, but “free”.
He is now on the 3-month
doctor/check-up visitation plan. He continues with his swallow therapy and we
look forward to the time when he can eat again and have his feeding tube
removed. He is well and feels great.
We are so thankful to
everyone who has prayed for Ken’s healing and recovery. God is Great, all the
time.
