EAA493 Mailing List: Meeting minutes January 20/2026

 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:06 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1050.39. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: Andy relayed how appreciated our Christmas contributions to West Texas Boys Ranch were and suggested we consider doing this again next year. Recruitment efforts for the chapter were discussed and the possibility of a Facebook page as well as reaching out to students and instructors at the ASU flight school were put forth for consideration.

New Business: None discussed.  

Presentation: Pat played the latest issue of the EAA Chapter Video Magazine

 Meeting was adjourned at 7:36 followed by some good discussion and refreshments provided by Pat.

Meeting reminder:  February meeting will be held February 17th 7:00PM in the Mathis Field conference room. I will be bringing refreshments. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
