 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:13 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1448.71. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: We had a very good turn out for our Young Eagles Rally, 39 students showed up for an airplane ride and all were accommodated. A big thanks to our pilots: Pat Nuytten

New Business: We will order chapter shirts, it was decided that the logo that Andy worked with Gandy Ink will be used with some modifications to make it a little simpler. Shirt color may be a shade of yellow, but Andy will provide a color chart to help make the final decision on that.

CR announced that he will not be able to serve as chapter VP for another term and we will need to nominate another. Anyone interested let Pat know.

Annual Christmas party tentatively set for December 16th, date may change. Steve Baker will check on reserving our usual room at Las Panchitos. It was decided that we would not do the Chinese gift exchange this year, but instead would donate some presents to a worthy cause, probably West Texas Boys Ranch.

Presentation: Pat played the current issue of the Chapter Video Magazine

 Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 followed by some great discussion and refreshments by Bob and Carol Hieser.

Meeting reminder:  November meeting will be held November 18th 7:00PM at the Mathis Field terminal conference room. CR will provide refreshments. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
