EAA493 Mailing List: Meeting Minutes October 15/2024

 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:05 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1931.70. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. A motion was made to order EAA calendars for sale, the motion was seconded and affirmed by vote. Calendars will be $15.00 dollars this year, contact Andy to place your order.

Old business:  Young Eagles flights event was rescheduled to November 23/2024 and is to run between 9:AM to 3:PM. It is planned that there will be 3 or 4 planes available for young eagles flights.

New Business: There is to be a Pilot/Controller meeting this coming Thursday, October 24/2024 at 1:30PM  in the Mathis Field conference room. Attend if possible for any changes, new info or just to put a face to the voice.  

Presentation: Pat played the EAA October Chapter Video Magazine, Meeting was adjourned at 7:34 followed by some great discussion.
