 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:01 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $1931.70. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business:  Young Eagles flights event will be held October 19 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Fed Ex ramp right outside the terminal. Please continue to keep Steve Baker in your thoughts as his treatments have begun and are going well..  

New Business: Air races to be held in Roswell,NM. starting 2025.  

Presentation: Pat played the EAA September Chapter Video Magazine, Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 followed by some great discussion.

Meeting reminder: October meeting 10/1/2024 7:PM at the Mathis Field conference room. Refreshments to be provided by myself (Tony). Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
