EAA 493 - EAA chapter mgmt. website - Money function available




Hi Pat, 

My name is Don White, designer and developer of many EAA websites, including 
YoungEaglesDay.org, EAABuildersLog.org and FlyingStart.org.   You can see a

The new money function that will make your Dues and Donations easier then ever. 
 Allow your members to electronically provide Dues and be recorded 
automatically into your own bank account.  (We are using a worldwide system 
called "Stripe.com", we do NOT save any credit cards or bank accounts 
information).






Here is a list of website enhancements over the past two months.- Finance 
function - Reconcile your Quicken Export file (QFX or QIF) with one or multiple 
funds.- Main Menu performance improvements.  Trippled response time.- You can 
send a email or text message to a person that you found on the "Quick Search" 
function on the Main Menu.- Add a quick search by name, phone or email from the 
question mark icon on the "My Account" page.- 2FA Login options - You can 
request 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) Login options your chapter for all 
members or just money functions.- 2FA Login options - You can request 2FA (2 
Factor Authentication) Login options for your personal profile.- Campaigns - 
You can request your campaigns be approved before sending out via a text with a 
time limit for approval. See Messages Setup tab.- Library - New Upload link to 
display all uploaded files for your chapter.- Setup - Security Tab - Add Dues 
Administator function for additional security for the Money and Dues 
functions.- Finance function - Add tranfer function to transfer amounts from 
one fund to another in one easy step.

provide you the status of your emails, such as opened, delivered, invalid, 
bounces and unsubscribed.

the works for the past 4 years and now ready for production to help you for 
your EAA 493 chapter. This is a FREE website with tools to help you manage your 
chapter, organization, group or family functions. Totally free; not a trial; 
with no ads or marketing!   Leadership functions and tools include: Membership 
Roster, Send Email Campaigns, Photos/Newsletters Viewing, Forums, Calendar, 
Sign-in, Dues, Meetings, Event Mgmt., Resource Schedule, Finance, Survey and 
Reports / PDFs.

We have been working on two major enhancements for the OurChapter.org website.  
We believe this will improve your communication to your members.

1.  We have switched our email service provider so that better tracking and 
more emails will go out to your members.  You can also add your own "From" 
email to those campaigns so that delivery of your emails is improved.   More 
details are also available about your email status by clicking on the "MSGS" 
number in the Campaign.

2.  When you enter member pictures into the Roster function, you now can use 
the Report function to produce a PDF with your members photos.   

To add your own "From" email for your campaigns, just go to "Setup" then the 
"(6) Messages" tab.  You will see a link called "Custom Email" by the first 
option.  Fill out the form and then when you get an email from AWS, just 
confirm your email.  Remember to switch your "Campaign Email" to your own email 
after you confirm.

We have added an additional Filters in the "Roster" function called "Permanent 
Bounces".  This will show you any Permanent bounces or Complaints received from 
that members email.  Members in this filter will NOT be receiving emails until 
the email is changed.







This tool will also keep your current chapter website dynamically up to date 
with a function called WebLinks.  Here are three examples of that function:

-  Newsletters -   https://chapters.eaa.org/eaa866/newsletters

website, you can use the same ID and password to Login to OurChapter.org.
