 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:04 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $891.10. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: EAA Ford Tri-Motor is here, flights for the public will begin Thursday April 18th 2:00PM to 5:30PM and continue Friday 4/19, Saturday 4/20 and Sunday 4/21 8:00AM to 5:30PM weather permitting.

Volunteer shift scheduling is as follows:

Thursday afternoon 2:00 to 5:30PM will be worked by Pat, Mark, Tony and Joe.

Friday morning 8:00AM to 12:00PM will be worked by Pat, Tony, CR, Charles and Steve.

Friday afternoon 1:00 to 5:30 PM will be worked by Pat, Tony, CR, Charles, Bob-Carol, Steve, Joe and Gerry

Saturday morning 8:00AM to 12:00PM will be worked by Pat, Andy, CR, Charles, Steve and Gerry.

Saturday afternoon 1:00 to 5:30PM will be worked by Pat, Andy, CR, Charles, Steve and Gerry.

Sunday morning 8:00AM to 12:00PM will be worked by Pat, Andy, Gerry and Chase.

Sunday afternoon 1:00 to 5:30PM will be worked by Pat, Andy, CR, David and Gerry.

New Business: None.  

Presentation: Pat played the Tri Motor volunteer ground crew instructional and safety video. Meeting was adjourned at 7:49.

Meeting reminder: May meeting 5/21/2024 7:PM at Mathis Field conference room. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
