 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:05 PM. The treasurer's report was read with a current balance of $831.10. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. A motion to accept the February meeting minutes was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

Old business: EAA Ford Tri-Motor visit to Mathis is finalized, it will be here April 18th thru the 21st. We have volunteers, scheduling for volunteer shifts will be finalized at the April meeting.

New Business: Hot dog lunch flyin at Brady Curtiss Field KBBD will be held April 8th starting at 11AM.  

Presentation: Pat played the March Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion. Meeting was adjourned at 7:34.
