 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:08 PM. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $1073.80. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: Christmas party reservation has been confirmed for 12/12 6:00PM at Los Panchitos located at 34E Ave D. We have our normal private room and there will be a gift exchange for those who wish to participate. $20 or less value was agreed upon for the gift exchange.  

New business: Beccye brought in the original chapter charter for all to see. It was interesting to see the signatures of the charter members who began it all. It was agreed that she would retain custody of the document for now.

Congratulations to Keith Covey for earning his Sport Pilot rating.

Presentation: Pat played the current Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion. Meeting was adjourned at 7:31.

Meeting reminder: As in the past years the Christmas party will be the December meeting. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
