 President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:01 PM. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $1061.80. A motion to accept this amount was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: Ozona fly-in set for 10/21.

Leroy Anderson has his hangar at Mathis and the Piper Aztec twin within for sale if anyone interested.

New business: Christmas party plans underway with reservation being made for 12/12 6:00PM at Los Panchitos at 34E Ave D in our normal private room. $20 or less gift exchange is planned. I spoke with the Los Panchitos  representative at the Pulliam location because the Ave D location was closed when I went to make the reservation, however she advised that the Ave D location would be reopened by the time of our planned get together. I will monitor this situation in the event contingency plans have to be made.  

EAA calendars on sale for $12 each, contact Andy Spinks to order. 

Presentation: Pat played the current Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion. Meeting was adjourned at 7:20.

Meeting reminder:  November meeting will be Tuesday 11/21 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Refreshments will be provided by Andy Spinks. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
