President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:01 PM. A motion to accept March meeting minutes was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $1001.80. A motion to accept this amount  was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: Pat advised that Bob Reece was now in hospice care. (Bob subsequently passed away at 8:00 PM on 4/20.)

New business: Pat advised that he will be back in action in a few days following his second eye surgery scheduled for that week. Pat further advised the Dyess AFB airshow was scheduled 9:00AM on 4/22 and is free for anyone wishing to attend.

Presentation: Pat played the monthly Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion and the meeting was adjourned at 7.37 PM.

Meeting reminder: May meeting will be Tuesday 5/16 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Refreshments will be provided by myself. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
