President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:00 PM. A motion to accept the January meeting minutes was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read with a current balance of $711.80. A motion to accept this amount  was made, seconded and affirmed by vote. 

Old business: Pat advises that he has applied for the EAA scholarship and is awaiting approval.

New business: Pat advised about an AOPA fly-in to be held in Buckeye Arizona Feb 17-19 and that EAA will sponsor a webinar for ultra-lights Feb 21-23. Also Pat advised.the Mathis Field Airport Manager has approved the project to reconfigure the taxiway at the South end of the field. 

Presentation: Pat played the monthly Chapter Video Magazine followed by some great discussion and the meeting was adjourned at 8:22

Meeting reminder: March meeting will be Tuesday 3/21 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Member Mark Learch will provide refreshments. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
