President Pat Nuytten called the meeting to order a 7:00 PM sharp. The treasurer's (Andy Spinks) report was read by Pat in Andy's absence with a current balance of $1317.82. A motion to accept this amount  was made, seconded and affirmed by vote.

$20 for an individual, $25 for family for 2023 calendar year

New business: Pat advises that the planned air races are cancelled, but there is a possibility a fly-in at Mathis could be in the works in the June-July timeframe. 

Presentation: Pat played the monthly Chapter Video Magazine followed by some discussion and the meeting was adjourned at 7:52

Meeting reminder: February meeting will be Tuesday 2/21 at 7:00 PM in the Mathis Field conference room. Member David Lippe will provide refreshments. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and please feel free to forward this message as needed.
