EAA493 Mailing List: Minutes of November meeting and Christmas partydetails

The November meeting was called to order at 7:pm on Tuesday the 16th. Minutes 
of the October minutes were approved and Andy Spinks reported our balance of 
$1215.91. And that was approved
.No officers were nominated tonight, so that will be decided upon at the 
Christmas party which will be held at Los Panchitos on South Chadbourne on 
Wednesday December 8 at 6:30 pm. We will also have a gift exchange with ladies 
bringing a gift for ladies and men for men.
Any application for the 
Ray Scholarship must be made by the chapter first. And the chapter needs to 
re-register with EAA and pay insurance by December 31.
Bob Heiser sent out a lending program list for everyone to let him know if they 
have any and he will add to the list. 
A report on the Kingsbury Pioneer Airport fly-in on November 13 was given by 
Bob Reece.
After viewing the EAA Chapter video, we enjoyed cookies provided by Martha 
Spinks.
Looking forward to our annual Christmas party. Hope everyone can come.
