EAA493 Mailing List: October minutes

The October meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. Minutes of the September 
meeting were approved.
Andy Spinks reported that our balance is $1135.91 and he received $20.00 in 
dues tonight.
Pat Nuytten is the new Young Eagles coordinator.
A list was passed around to sign up for EAA calendars. And the Christmas party 
was discussed. It will be held at Los Panchitos on Chadbourne on December 8th 
at 6:30pm.We will also have a gift exchange; boys bring boy gifts and girls 
bring girl gifts limit $20.00.
A nominating committee was elected for the positions of president and secretary 
of Pat Nuytten and Andy Spinks.
After a video of the EAA Chapter magazine, refreshments were provided by Bob 
and Carol Heiser.
The next meeting is Tuesday, November 16.
