EAA493 Mailing List: October meeting Chapter 493

The meeting was called to order by president Bob Reece at 7:00 pm. Visitors 
were introduced
Discussion was held about the possibility of Air Races being held in San Angelo 
in  Oct. of 2021, and hopefully Oshkosh 2021.
Tom DuFresne  made a presentation of headphones to our youngest member ,Brad 
Thompson.  They were donated by a retired commercial pilot to a future pilot.
Bob Heiser made a motion to keep all officers for 2021 since it has been a very 
shortened year for meetings, 
seconded by Doug O'Connor and passed by a majority vote.
Interest in having our annual Christmas party was expressed and Bob Reece will 
look into a place to have it.
There was no program due to Pat Nuytten being out of town but he will present 
it at the November meeting on November 17th at 7:00 pm. Meeting was dismissed.
