EAA493 Mailing List: Final Revised (Again!) EAA Ch 493 Minutes of Jan 16, 2018 meeting

OK, my error.  After reviewing my notes from the meeting again, I noticed I missed an important point about the  EAA Ch 493 founding members that really needed to be included.  It was also pointed out that I inadvertently left off a member who attended the meeting, who by the way is one of the two Founding Members (Bob Reece and Lawrence Wright)!  Inexcusable, especially considering I HAD all the names, just did not get them all typed and cross checked.  Blame it on way too much to do.  I apologize.  But with these errors, I felt it necessary to make the correction one more time and to resend the minutes.  I will try hard to avoid doing this in the future.  So....... "final" final minutes attached.

FYI, I have also filed the Chapter renewal with EAA National, filed the Texas Sec of State form/update, and attempted to file the IRS annual filing.  Since the government is shut down, I will have to wait to file the IRS form until we have a funded government again, but will do the filing when that becomes available.  I paid the EAA National and Sec of State forms, and the IRS filing is free (one of the few things in life that is free, although one might argue that doing anything with the IRS is seldom truly "free").
