Tonight's meeting went well. We discussed the best logistics of how and where to load the Ford Tri-Motor from our new location next to the terminal on the south side. The volunteer slots are filling up. If it is not raining we will need more help to show up on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. There are only three people scheduled to work those two shifts, but that doesn't include the people who will show up without using the link to signup.com. The link is http://signup.com/go/TEnVZUB
We are having a Ford cleaning party tomorrow afternoon starting after lunch, about 1pm. All are invited to get hands on with a very old bird. Lindbergh flew Ford Tri-Motors when they were new.
Thanks to everyone who has stepped up to support this EAA event. I want to give a special thanks to Teri who has spent a lot of time recording and printing the minutes for our Chapter 493 meetings. Without her efforts we would not have a history of what we have done this year.

I still have promotional posters. I think we should get the pilot, Colin Soucy, to autograph the posters and sell them for a dollar. Sherry Finkler, selling tickets, should also autograph the posters. (Suitable for framing!)
You can also find the video by searching Google for EAA Ford Tri Motor Volunteer Training Video.Don_________________________________________________________________
