EAA Chapter 493

March 15, 2016

Joe’s Italian Ristorante

The meeting was called to order by President Tony Marcum at

7:00 p.m. March 15, 2016.

 

February 16, 2016 Minutes

The minutes of the February 16, 2016 meeting were unanimously

approved as previously published, with a motion made by Teri Mattingly

and a second by Gerry Hatch

 

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer Andy Spinks called and reported a balance of $2,506.18.

Don Treadwell made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report and

Joe Christian seconded. The treasurer’s report was unanimously approved as

reported.

 

Old Business

Don Treadwell needs to be reimbursed $263.64 for the 2016 calendars.

The scholarships for Pierce Marshall and Kyle Spinks in the amount of

$500.00 each needs to be paid.

A memorial for Steven McDuff in the amount of $50.00, paid to MARC

(Missionary Aviation Repair Center) P.O. Box 511 Soldotna, Alaska 99669.

has not been paid.

Don Treadwell made a motion to pay all of the outstanding obligations.

Gerry Hatch seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

 

New Business

Joe Christian announced that he and Judy will be moving to Oklahoma and this

would most likely be their last Chapter 493 meeting.

 

Gerry Hatch announced that he would send out email messages on flying events,

and if you have an interest in flying with club members you can respond to Gerry

for more details.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by President Tony Marcum

at 7:30 p.m.
