San Angelo, Texas

 

At 7:00p.m. President Tony Marcum called the meeting to order.

 

Treasurer Andy Spinks reported a bank balance of $2,144.07.

Bob Reece made a motion to accept the treasures report, a second

was made by Joe Christian. Motion carried.

 

Bob Reece made an announcement that John Boatwright with the FAA,

has retired, and will not be available for presentations for EAA meetings.

 

Items discussed were:

 

Filing a 990 Tax Form

Volunteers for refreshments

Location for 2016 Christmas Party

 

Teri Mattingly volunteered to bring refreshments for the February meeting.

 

There being no further business Bob Reece made a motion to adjourn.

Second by Steve Baker. The meeting was adjourned at 7:31p.m.
